Small production pouch-filling machine
Self-Ejecting Pouches:
- Automated ejection mechanism for filled pouches without manual intervention.
- Mechanical or pneumatic ejection based on configured cycle time.
- Increases line speed and reduces operator effort.
- Detection of correctly filled pouches before ejection by means of sensors.
SmartFiller Integratie – Cap Feeding Option:
- Optional modular cap feeding unit integrated with the SmartFiller.
- Automatic feeding, positioning, and attachment of screw caps.
- Suitable for various cap sizes and materials (PP, HDPE).
- Full synchronization with filling cycle for minimal production loss and maximum efficiency.
- Cap feed unit equipped with vibration system or pick & place robot arm (depending on configuration).
Pouch Specifications:
- Suitable for premade pouches (depending on size and material).
- Size range: 100 ml – 2,000 ml.
- Option for stand-up pouch with side cap or center mounting.
Machine configuration:
- CIP (Clean-In-Place) prepared.
- Stainless steel construction (AISI 304 or 316 depending on product).
- Operation via HMI touchscreen with recipe memory.
- Full integration with upstream/downstream systems (conveyor belts, labelers, tray packers).
Custom possibilities with the Smartfiller next generation
This “smart” machine can be custom built with a range of different options to fill all kind of spouted pouches (center spout, corner spout, …).

Depending on the operator, this machine can achieve a speed of up to 15 pouches per minute, depending upon volume, spout size and the type of product for the filling of the pouch.
